The 33-year-old celebrity gave birth to the healthy little girl in Los Angeles, and the infant was said to have measured at 8lbs, 4 oz. when she was born.

Shortly before the arrival of her baby, Cassie enjoyed a baby shower that was thrown in honor of her becoming a mother, and the pop star posted a series of photographs of the occasion on social media.

The model expressed her gratitude to the many people, who were responsible for the organization of the party, in the caption of the post, where she thanked everybody involved in her celebration.

Cassie, whose real name is Casandra Ventura, first brought the news of her pregnancy back in June when the singer shared a post about it on her Instagram page.
